orders are processed within 1–3 business days from our studio in madrid. once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. a separate email with your tracking number will follow once the order has shipped.

shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. in most european countries, a pick-up point option is available at a reduced rate.

for orders shipped to the united states, united kingdom, canada, or countries outside the european union, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority. they are not included in the price paid at checkout and are outside our control.
