we are a small, independent brand. every order matters to us, and we want you to be happy with what you receive.

you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached and original packaging intact.

returns

once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within a 1-3 business days. return shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount. original shipping costs are non-refundable.

if the item you received is defective or the error is on our end, we cover all shipping costs and will make it right at no charge to you.

exchanges

exchanges are free. get in touch and we will arrange the return and send out the replacement at no additional shipping cost to you.
